Posted on January 26, 2018October 9, 2018 by sakshi

As light rain and snow tumbles down the city of Stockholm, I walk on the street of Strandvägen spotting thin layers of snow on the many wooden benches at the banks of Lake Mälaren. I spot some words written on each of those benches and decide to leave my own mark for however long they remain.

How to make friends on the road?

Posted on September 15, 2017February 7, 2018 by sakshi

This is one question I have been asked way too many times. How do you manage to make friends on the move? Well it’s easier than you may think and this isn’t subject to being an extrovert alone. No I am not a social butterfly or an extremely outgoing person in general and no it…

Why are we the best versions of ourselves when we travel?

Posted on September 13, 2017February 7, 2018 by sakshi

To explore the world is a gift in oneself. To be able to meet new people, share new experiences and grow with the world is something I never lose sight of. The feeling of being on a plane; walking that narrow street toward the cathedral; sky diving in the air of Switzerland; climbing one of…

Morning folks! It's Coffe-☀️-Clock ☕ . Follw Morning folks! It's Coffe-☀️-Clock ☕

Follwing my friend @glitzaroundtheglobe trend, I am also going to name my year based on the goals and purpose I hold or may have accomplished for the year, instead of mere resolutions, and look back at the end of the year to evaluate the accomplishments.
Like,
2018 was about #Selflove and #Selfworth
2019 was the year of the Mrs. 2019 was all about wedding planning and wedding content creation, personalisation and implementing on the D. Day!
2020 was about family life, marriage and all about the husband😍. Learning the in's & out's of my new home, new fam and fitting everything in a reasonable schedule to equally give myself some alone time!
2021 - so far the plan this year is to focus on my creative energy. Bringing out the writer back on track, right freelancing targets after almost a 1.5 year break.
.
Let's stay motivated yo folks!
What goals do you aim at hitting this year?

I hope you live wild and free. I hope you do all the things you dream of doing. I hope ypu travel everywhere you dream of going and taste all of the foods you dream of tasting.
I hope you let yourself be completely and wildly yourself, without worryingabout what others will think, and free yourself from others expectations and criticisms because they'll never know of all the magic and dreams within your heart. I hope you trust yourself as the oceans do the moon, and let yourself shine as the night sky does the stars. I hope you always have faith in yourself as the flowers do in the sun. I hope you live wild and free.

Because it's SUNDAY BABYYY! . MORNING folks, how's Because it's SUNDAY BABYYY!

MORNING folks, how's the year starting for you? Leaving covid aside (not literally), did it start on a positive note?
.
As for me, I am super motivated for a couple of things. Will slowly & eventually put them up. But I am looking at a creative year. More on this later✌️
.
It looks like a quite and cosy #Sunday for us here. This is something I tried yesterday. I put this image into illustration. Did take some time, but it was totally worth it.
.
There's something to art, that calms you down & sparks your creative energy. And to draw from real life instances is a whole new level of satisfaction. That's for @prashanth31110 and my #Cosysunday ♥️
.
Hoping to better the technique.
.
How do you like this? How are you typical Sunday's?

Here's some travel trivia for you!
.
The countries with the highest volume of coconut production and consumption are #indonasia (upto 19M tonnes) followed by the #philippines (14M tonnes) and #India (12M tonnes). That's a combined total of 72% of the global consumption. However India is #1 in terms of highest market value of a coconut.
.
Here's a #traveltip - when you are travelling in any of the South Asian countries, DO NOT MISS the coconut waters there. Espcially in India, Thailand and SriLanka 🌴🥥 😋
